Krish Shanbhag has over 18 years experience in equity research and fund management. His previous assignments include being an advisor at Clareville Capital, and as a fund manager at HSBC Asset Management & ING Investment Management.

Krish was a core member of the investment team at HSBC Asset Management which was amongst the largest institutional investor in equities in India and received numerous awards for fund performance as given below:

• HSBC Equity Fund ranked 21st among the ‘World’s Top 100 performing Equity Funds for a 5 year period ended March 2008’ by Lipper, a Thomson Reuters Company.
• HSBC Equity Fund awarded the best performing open-ended equity diversified fund – three-year period ending December 31, 2005 by ICRA Online
• HSBC Equity Fund awarded the best performing open-ended equity diversified fund – one year for 2003 and 2004 by ICRA Online.
• HSBC Equity Fund awarded the best performing open-ended equity diversified fund – one year for 2003 by CNBC – TV 18-BNP Paribas.

He has also been a research analyst at prominent broking houses such as Indosuez W I Carr Securities and ING Barings Securities.

AKSHAYA KUMAR

Akshaya is a Chartered Accountant and a leading authority and commentator on real estate. He is a leading speaker on the panel of CNBC for his views on real estate markets. Previously, he was the CEO of Colliers International’s Indian operations from May 1997 to Jan 2007. He is vastly experienced on all aspects of the Real Estate business including leasing, sales, investments and Project management.

Prior to Colliers, he set up and led the mortgage business at Citibank India. During this stint, he extensively interacted with all key developers across India and travelled into Citi overseas markets to bring back expertise to the Indian markets.

Akshaya has over 20 years of experience in the Indian real estate market.

NEETI MALLICK
Art & Collectibles

Neeti grew up in London and through the early part of her life, nurtured a strong interest in Art and Culture further reinforced by the exposure gotten during many years of living & travelling to various parts of the world. Living in Australia helped her get acquainted with Aboriginal art along with visits to museums and libraries in Melbourne and Brisbane.

She has also spent time at various galleries, museums & other art institutions in Paris, Amsterdam & New York, and the Art Fair at Basel. She has participated in coursework at Sotheby's on photography, and has attended a number of important international auctions on modern and contemporary Indian art. In Chennai, she spent a lot of time at Cholamandal, the artist village.

Neeti's expertise has strengthened over the last seven years while working at Osian's, one of the pioneering private arts & cultural institutions in India & she has gained a ring side view of the evolution of the Indian art market. Over the years at Osian's she was involved in numerous art & cultural events. These experiences have given her an unique perspective of the subject, and made her a professional in the field.

MIHIR KAPADIA

Mihir Kapadia has joined us in the investments and product management team. He comes with a rich experience in the field of finance especially having worked for over three years in the Indian capital markets.

He started his career at an early age having worked in the hedge fund team of Edelweiss Capital Ltd.,India and later headed the Treasury (Equity & Derivatives desk) at Focus Shares & Securities Pvt. Ltd.,India.

His flair for finance made him pursue a Bachelors in Banking & Insurance followed by a Masters in Banking & Finance. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Advising from the India Institute of Banking & Finance. His quest for education took him to Dubai & Singapore to complete his MBA in Finance from the prestigious S P Jain Center of Management. While he was in Dubai he worked on a research project for the Government of Dubai in their FDI division and also completed another consultancy project for ANZ Private Bank in Singapore.

He was also the Founder Member of the Finance Club at S P Jain and assisted the college for it's Public Relation activities.

SAURABH JAIN

Saurabh Jain is a part of the advisory practice at Wodehouse Capital handling corporate finance and business consulting services for clients across sectors. He has extensive experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, consulting, and setting up of an organization.

Before joining Wodehouse, he was working with Religare Capital Markets as a part of the corporate finance team advising clients on fund raising through private equity and strategic investments. He has worked across sectors with experience of handling key transactions in the consumer, education and real estate sector. Saurabh has also worked as a core team member of a currency stock exchange where he worked closely with the senior management playing a pivotal role in raising funds and establishing strategic and operational functions across verticals. Further, he has the experience of working with a global consulting firm advising international clients on integration of business processes across multiple geographies.

Saurabh is a mechanical engineer from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) with excellent academic credentials. At FMS, he was a member of the corporate relations and placement team and also the president of the consulting club.

He is passionate about automobiles and has participated in various car designing and racing events across international geographies. His other interests include start-ups, travelling, theatre and photography.

DINESH MANSUKHANEY

Dinesh is a Management Alumni of NWIMS – Pune with a major in Sales & Marketing. Dinesh comes to Wodehouse with over 9 years of experience working with prominent MNC’s like HSBC, ICICI Bank, IQPC & Thomas Cook.

Dinesh brings a wealth of knowledge & expertise on the acquisition & relationship management front. In his role with HSBC Bank, Dinesh successfully led and managed the Acquisition channel to bring on-board Premier HNI clients in Mumbai.

With both HSBC and ICICI Bank, he built strong client relationships and was a top performer. At ICICI Bank, he effectively transformed & enhanced the forex business in Goa after which he was given other regions to develop. In his career cycle, Dinesh has also worked in the U.S & European markets giving him a global perspective and outlook on how to preserve, strengthen and manage key relationships.

His interests include watching wildlife documentaries, music & he enjoys playing snooker.

DEVAKSHI CHANDRA
Manager, Business Consultancy Services

Devakshi Chandra joined Wodehouse to pursue her passion for Investment Management and Finance after a stint at Ernst & Young in their IPO Advisory Division. Prior to that, Devakshi graduated Suma Cum Laude with Honors from Babson College in Boston. Devakshi has diverse experience in consulting and finance.

While she was in Boston she wrote her Honors thesis titled “Bankruptcies, Bailouts, and Buyouts: Predicting the Solvency of Financial Institutions” for which she created a logistic regression model which predicts the probability of solvency of banks with 85% accuracy.

While at Babson, Devakshi also gained international consulting experience and went to Switzerland to advise a client on creating a market entry strategy. She has interned with Standard Chartered Bank and IDFC.

Devakshi enjoys traveling, reading and her idol is Indra Nooyi.

ASHANK CHHABRIA
Manager, Investments

Ashank began his career as an Analyst in the Governance, Risk and Compliances Services department in KPMG, Mumbai. Ashank earned his Bachelors in Business Administration at Symbiosis Center for Management Studies, a member of the Symbiosis International University, one of the premier institutes for Management in India. Ashank is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification. His passion for finance and investments led to him pursing and completing a certified course specialized in Investment Banking and Equity Research from the School of Investment Banking in Mumbai.

During his time at KPMG, Ashank worked with several with high-profile clients like Castrol, Radio-City, PVR Pictures and Percept D’ Mark. While at KPMG, he was involved in the internal audits of various processes for different clients.  He has also worked as an Intern with BK Gulf LLC in the finance department.
During his graduation years, he was one of the Co-Founders of Sympulse (an international level festival) and was avidly involved in several extracurricular events and activities.
